There are a few rules regarding requests. First, I will not make any graphics either for free or for a fee that I consider to be
obscene or offensive. Please do not request a graphic that is pornagraphic in nature as I will not do it. I have no issue
with nudity as long as it is artistic in nature, but there is a vast difference between nudity and pornography. I will make my own
judgment call on anything I consider borderline as I see fit.
Second, I will not duplicate another designer's work. Although it is often the case that requests come in the form of using someone else's work as an example, I will not infringe another designer's copyright by making a virtually identical graphic. It is certainly possible to sufficiently modify others' work as to create something different that will not infringe on another's copyright, however, I will not create anything that is virtually identical in most respects to another designer's work. Paid For Graphics: If you would like to request a graphic for a fee, please contact me with the details and to negotiate a fair and amicable price and to arrange payment. Free Graphics: You may request that I make a graphic for free, but all free graphics will be made available to anyone who wants it and not made exclusively for the requestor. Additionally, since I will be granting a free service in such a case, I reserve the right to modify any free graphic as I see fit, however, will try to accomodate the wishes of the requestor. As a charitable service, I will make free Amber Alert ticker bars/banners to the requestor's specifications and only make whatever modifications may be absolutely necessary as though it was being made for a paying client. The Amber Alert ticker bars/banners require a combination of graphics and code which must work together to complete the creation, therefore, some things may not be possible although I will do my best to achieve the desired result of the requestor.
