Requests:
There are a few rules regarding requests. First, I will not make any graphics either for free or for a fee that I consider to be obscene or offensive. Please do not request a graphic that is pornagraphic in nature as I will not do it. I have no issue with nudity as long as it is artistic in nature, but there is a vast difference between nudity and pornography. I will make my own judgment call on anything I consider borderline as I see fit. Second, I will not duplicate another designer's work. Although it is often the case that requests come in the form of using someone else's work as an example, I will not infringe another designer's copyright by making a virtually identical graphic. It is certainly possible to sufficiently modify others' work as to create something different that will not infringe on another's copyright, however, I will not create anything that is virtually identical in most respects to another designer's work. Copyright Issues: All of my graphics are under copyright. Any graphic I make must be displayed with credit to the author (me) along with a link banner or button linking back to this site. I have several link banners and buttons you may use for this purpose located here. Paid for graphics may display the button or banner anywhere on the site where the graphic is displayed such as a link section. Free graphics must display the button or banner anywhere on the same page of the site on which the graphic is displayed. Paid for graphics for commercial use need not display the link banner or button but must include a modest credit somewhere on the site on which the graphic is displayed. Agreement: All graphics whether made for a fee or for free must only be used for the purpose agreed upon... as an example, you may not request and pay for a graphic which you agreed was for personal use and once acquiring it, use it for a commercial purpose without my express permission. All graphics must only be used for the purpose agreed upon, and not resold or redistributed. Payment: If you would like to request a graphic for a fee, please contact me with the details and to negotiate a fair and amicable price and to arrange payment. I will soon be providing PayPal on this site as a convenience for making payment, however, if necessary, other payment arrangements are possible. If you are unable to use PayPal or a creditcard, please contact me to work out other payment arrangements. I will not relinquish any graphic made for a fee until the agreed upon payment has been made. Free Graphics: You may request that I make a graphic for free, but all free graphics will be made available to anyone who wants them and not made exclusively for the requestor. Additionally, since I will be granting a free service in such a case, I reserve the right to modify any free graphic as I see fit, however, will try to accomodate the wishes of the requestor as much as possible. I also reserve the right to refuse to make any free graphic for whatever reason, however, I will state so up front with my reasoning for the refusal. Free graphics may also take longer to complete as graphics made for paying clients must come first. ALL free graphics are strictly for personal use. Do not request that I make a graphic for free that is intended for commercial use. As a charitable service, I will make free Amber Alert ticker bars/banners to the requestor's specifications and only make whatever modifications may be absolutely necessary as though it was being made for a paying client. The Amber Alert ticker bars/banners require a combination of graphics and code which must work together to complete the creation, therefore, some things may not be possible although I will do my best to achieve the desired result of the requestor.
